By accessing or using Tradesman Systems, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

Tradesman Systems provides tools for businesses to manage leads, communications, scheduling, and customer interactions. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee business outcomes, lead generation results, or revenue increases.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws, including communication laws such as the TCPA

4. Communications & Messaging

You are responsible for all communications sent using the Tradesman Systems platform.

You agree to:
• Obtain proper express consent before contacting any customer via SMS  
• Accurately document the method and source of consent within the platform at the time of contact entry  
• Comply with all applicable SMS and email regulations, including TCPA  
• Ensure all communications are lawful and appropriate  

You may not:
• Send unsolicited messages  
• Use purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists without proper consent  
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or messaging controls  

Tradesman Systems enforces opt-out language in the first message sent to every new end customer and records consent details at the time of contact entry. However, the business remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the consent information provided.

Misrepresentation of consent or misuse of messaging features may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. AI-Generated Content

Tradesman Systems may provide AI-assisted responses or automation tools. These outputs:
• Are generated automatically  
• May not always be accurate  
• Should be reviewed before use  

We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tradesman Systems is not liable for:
• Lost profits  
• Business interruptions  
• Communication failures  
• Third-party service outages  

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages may occur.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
